Job Description: Sales Marketing Executive for IT Company

Position Title: Sales Marketing Executive

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports To: Sales and Marketing Manager

Salary: 20000 to 30000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the IT market. Identify new sales opportunities and channels to increase revenue.

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use insights to inform sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers through various channels (e.g., social media, email, events) to build relationships, understand their needs, and present tailored IT solutions.

  • Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate leads, using a mix of digital and traditional marketing tools. Track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Product Promotion: Work closely with product teams to understand the technical aspects of IT solutions and effectively communicate their value to customers and prospects.

  • Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by creating marketing materials, sales kits, and presentations that aid in the selling process. Organize and participate in sales meetings and product demonstrations.

  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data and marketing campaign results to evaluate performance against sales targets. Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales and marketing effectiveness.

  • Event Management: Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to promote the company’s IT solutions and generate leads. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Any degree

  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role within the IT or technology sector.

  • Sales Skills: Excellent sales skills, with the ability to negotiate, persuade, and close deals. Understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle in the IT sector.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and campaign results to make data-driven decisions.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Tech-savviness: A strong interest in and understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to quickly learn and communicate complex technical information.
