Job Description for Tele Caller in IT Company

Position Title: Telle Caller

Ladies Only

Department: Sales / Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager / Telemarketing Lead

Salary : 15000 to 20000 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce the company’s IT products and services. Generate leads by identifying potential business opportunities.

  • Sales Conversion: Explain the features and benefits of the company’s products or services to persuade potential clients to purchase or subscribe. Answer any questions and overcome objections.

  • Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and detailed information about IT solutions, including software, hardware, and services. Tailor communication based on the client's knowledge level and needs.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients or for more detailed technical presentations when necessary.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update customer database with contact details and interest information. Follow up on previous calls to renew interest or confirm appointments.

  • Feedback Collection: Collect feedback from clients and prospects regarding the company’s offerings. Report insights and trends to the sales team to refine sales strategies and product offerings.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed specified sales targets and objectives, including call quotas and conversion rates.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing strategies with broader sales and marketing objectives. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear and persuasive speaking voice. Proficiency in the language(s) required by the company’s client base.

  • Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills, including the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.

  • Knowledge of IT Products: Basic to moderate understanding of IT products and services. Willingness to learn detailed information about the company’s offerings.

  • Persistence: Ability to handle rejection and continue making calls with a positive attitude.

  • Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers and sales management software to track calls, manage leads, and report results.

  • Goal-oriented: Motivated to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
